Welcome to eventpassage.com(the “Site”), operated by 102210698 Saskatchewan Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or buying tickets through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

An EventPassage account is created automatically when you purchase a ticket, so you can re-download it later. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address tied to your account, and for any activity that happens through it.

• All ticket sales are subject to availability and successful payment authorization.
• Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise on the event page. We may change pricing at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event organizer’s policy or applicable law says otherwise. Each QR code is single-admission — if it has already been scanned at the door it can’t be reused.
• Some events may require valid government-issued ID at entry. Age restrictions and venue rules may apply.

Payments are processed by our payment processor (Elavon Converge). We never store your full card number, expiry, or security code. You authorize the charge shown on the final review screen when you click “Pay.”

Each event organizer sets the refund policy for their event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, we’ll email you using the billing email on the order with instructions for any refund or exchange.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• break any law, rule, or third-party right;
• resell tickets at a markup unless the organizer has explicitly allowed it;
• scrape, automate, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• harass, defame, or harm any other user, organizer, or our staff.

All content on the Site (text, images, code, logos) belongs to 102210698 Saskatchewan Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute Site content without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventPassage and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or any event you attend through it.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
