Common questions

  • How do I get my tickets after I buy?

    Your tickets are emailed as a PDF to the billing email on the order. You can also sign in any time and grab them from My tickets — even if the original email goes missing.

  • I didn't get the confirmation email.

    Check your spam / promotions folder first. If it's still not there, sign in at the link in your purchase confirmation and re-download the PDF, or email support@eventpassage.com with the billing email you used.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Refund policy is set by each event organizer. If the event is cancelled we'll email you directly with next steps. For anything else, please contact the organizer directly.

  • Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

    By default tickets are non-transferable, but specific events may allow it. Check the event description before purchase.
